u-Dimension ProZ OEM UPGRADE

ProZ Speaker Series continue a competition tradition of unique PMI Speaker technologies which u-Dimension has started with their legendary Jr Series Speaker Series in the previous millenium. Several times awarded Jr Series has set standards unreachable for the competitors in the market till presence. Well known for their authentic low frequency performance we took our best technology and restarted our "Acoustic Research" to meet those higher Competition demands of u-Dimension ProZ Series ..... this time even for the OEM Upgrade market.

We designed our Midrange according to our new ProZ design, with a resonance freed ABS basket for BMW which optimize weight to stiffness and aeordynamic advantages. Center pole vented the strong neodymium motor system upgraded to a fully airconditioned system and linear spiders improve to match the perfect impuls. We continued with our proven rubberized santropen rollover surrounds at our legendary PMI cone for highgraded expects of ProZ State of the Art. We powered with our unbreakable Voice Coils to asure the u-Dimension heart will drive the speaker a life time. Smart screw terminals follow the Plugh & Play demand of an high end graded OEM installations.

The challenge has been to step upper the standard performance of underseat OEM upgrade in the market. Mostly limited we have been looking for our own design and parts with increased handling. This without the common missunderstanding this bass speaker can replace a subwoofer if just oversized investments get done into the OEM plastic cabinet, at least at expects of our ProZ competition series. With conventional loss weight parts we designed and asure the high efficiency demand for authentic upgrade. Results into increased power handling with smart cooling technology and small sized neodymium motor structure of the fully balanced bass speaker design.

Well awared of the Plug & Play demand for the OEM upgrade Compo, we have pre wired our ProZ passiv competition network. With prior target of space and mind losses we developed the smallest possible PCB based on solid 70u pure copper layers. We equiped with oversized hand crafted 0.8 copper air coils and our audiophile 250V foil capicators and integrated our ProZ circuit to pimp up to a high speed 6dB/Oct. passiv network. We left aside "nonsense" and designed an optional ProZ-LR, Tweeter Level Resistor Tool, to provide 5 settings for the always indiviudal Tweeter installation. Smallest sized possible we support the installers with M3 tape can hold the network and resistor at suitable position.

Breaking point for performance has been the Tweeter. The ProZ T2 high perform on demands of the quite low 2.5Khz xover point, which acoustical support the quite hidden BMW position of the midrange and increase final sound staging performance on expects of our ProZ Series. Micro detailed ProZ T2 set the smooth toping on the remarkable fundament of the PMI midrange and effect into a perfect balanced combination. Not only for Plug & Play we increased our well known tinned u-Dimension Tweeter wire up to 80cm length. We are sure we have done the best even for the OEM market and offer Upgrade solution continue high performance history into future.
